Three Sisters

Faculty-Directed mainstage productions in the Drama Lab

On our mainstage:

Olga and Irina and Masha are restless. Trapped in menial jobs and uninspiring relationships, they yearn for more than their small provincial Russian town has to offer. Through brilliantly-drawn characters, heartfelt language and resonant moments taken from everyday lives,  Anton Chekhov's beloved play, in a new translation by Marina Brodskaya comes alive on the OCC maistage, directed by Pete Uribe.

The villainous Captain Simon Snodgrass returns to the OCC stage once again to ruin Christmas as the REP presents this year's edition of our annual holiday childrens' melodrama!  Will the villain be stopped by our lovely heroine Bootsie, our dashing hero Sailor Sam and the good people of Rockbottom Bay ?

Find out what happens as you cheer the hero, boo the villain, join in a holiday sing-a-long, enjoy the children's joke contest and a free ice cream treat.  A very special visitor is also expected...

It's the 1960s and the US is fighting in Vietnam and is at war with itself. This compelling drama follows the journey of a group of American college students as they struggle to understand and navigate their tumultuous world and join together to change it for the better.

Bold, original, disturbing and alarmingly funny, this multiple Tony Award-winning tour-de-force, combines Stephen Sondheim's signature blend of intelligently stunning lyrics and beautiful music. Assassins is a panoramic story of our nation's culture of celebrity and the violent means some will use to obtain it, embodied by America's four successful and five would-be presidential assassins.

One Act Play Festival 2025

OCC Theatre Repertory: student-directed REP productions in the Drama Lab Studio

This eclectic festival is an annual tradition. As the culmination of our year, the Rep presents a wide variety of both published plays and original works by Rep playwrights who have worked all year on these plays for you! We have so many great shows, we split them into two show orders for you to see!

Special thanks to Sean Engard for his guidance and expertise leading our REP student playwriting workshop all year!
