RECENT 2024 HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE, AND INTERESTED IN CSU’S?

The CSU Transfer Success Pathway Program is now open for enrollment! 

ELIGIBITLITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated from high school in 2024 or prior
• No college enrollement past high school graduation
• First time freshmen entering a community college who were: 
  • Not CSU eligible at HS graduation
  • Not able to attend a CSU due to financial or personal reasons
  • Redirected and chose not to attend a CSU
    

Students should visit the  to create an account as soon as possible.

HOW TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT:

• Complete admission eligibility questionnaire
• Review agreement requirements
• Select and confirm agreement
• Provide CCC information
• During the agreement cycle, August 1 - September 30, agreements can be signed via the Transfer Planner
