- To appraise, collect, organize, describe, make available, and preserve records of historic value to 六合彩全年图库.
- To provide adequate facilities for the retention and preservation of such records.
- To provide information services that will assist the operation of the College Archives.
- To provide assistance to patrons in the use of the Archives collection.

Duplication and Reproduction
Scanning can be arranged for most materials. The librarian reserves the right to withhold access or permission to scan, photograph, or photocopy materials for the protection of fragile items. Researchers are responsible for duplication fees.
